From Binghamton, NY17 West to Exit #66. Right at top of the ramp, then left to fishing access lot.

Left at parking lot exit onto bridge
Left at light onto 17C west
Right by Credit Union onto Day Hollow Road
Right at T continuing on Day Hollow
About 0.6 miles to Left on Gaskill
On Gaskill about 6 miles to T with Route NY38
Left on route NY38 toward Owego
Entering Owego, a shallow Right onto McCallister (not full right onto Talcott)
At RR Tracks, cross continuing Straight on Mc Callister
Through one light then Left at T onto Front Street
At light continue Straight on Front (now 17C)

Return to Start

Continue east of NY17 Front Street
Stay on NY17C through commercial area
CAUTION after light by McDonalds, there is an exit ramp on the right. You want to continue straight east on NY17C while many cars will be making a right on the ramp to access NY17. This is a dangerous spot.
Continue through Campville
Right onto Apalachin bridge then Right to parking area
For safety, walk down to parking.
