From Binghamton area, I81 north, exit I81 at Homer (exit 12), continue straight after exit ramp crosses over I81 until you reach a "T" at NY 281. Turn right on 281, then left at the next light on NY 90 west. Then at intersection NY90 and NY38 right on NY38 about 4 miles to the park on the right coming into Moravia.
Note - From western Broome County, it will be shorter, though not necessarily faster, to go NY38 to Moravia.
