From Binghamton area, west on NY17 to exit #64, follow NY96 across bridge, then continue north on NY96, NY38. Continue straight on NY38 when NY96 turns left. Through Newark Valley to light at Wilson Creek Road. Right on Wilson Creek Road, then right into high school parking.

Note (1). There is a short alternate. Pick up Brown Road on the left a little south of Berkshire. It comes back to NY38 in a couple miles.
Note (2). Group will probably have to split-up for lunch, food venues are small.
Note (3). The much longer portion of the ride is before lunch. Ride can be done in reverse direction. But the climb going west on NY79 is steeper than coming east, and occurs right after lunch.
