- Wiki Tree A Gedcom consolidator - Sharing - But not handy for Research
- Be advised most of these "trees" are not well documented, ie. don't cite sources.
- Even so, very often a good way to get more clues.
- Query Boards, Mailing Lists and Social Sites
- Ancestry - Message Boards Cataloged Queries, Organized by Surname, County, Topic, Etc.
- GenForum Forums/Boards Organized by Surname, County, Topic, Etc.
- My Family Fee required of owner, access by invitation. Private sharing
of family history and genealogical data.
- Radaris A People Locator - Guesses Relationships based on Social Networking Site Postings
- Rootsweb - Mailing List Archival Search Entry to Archival Record of all communication on the Rootsweb mailing lists
- Rootsweb - Mailing Lists at RootsWeb Find a Mailing List, for specific Surname, Country, Topic, Etc.
- USIdentity A site for tracking down people.
- Facebook and other Social Media Sites - Good for contacting close relatives. Can't comment.
